Research I've worked on as a student. I use research as a framework to go deep-tracing evidence, testing assumptions, finding patterns in data, and being honest about what the data actually supports. Each paper is an attempt to move from observation to conclusion through rigorous inquiry. These represent where my thinking was at the time. I'd probably push further on some of them now.

ProteomicLens simplifies this process by analyzing and labeling the data and connecting the results with scientific research.
