Operation Red Dot
I'm 12. I live in California.
I started a foundation to end period poverty - beginning in India, June 2026.
If you grew up in India, work in Bay Area tech, or simply remember being 13 and not having a pad - there’s a place for you here. As a donor, ambassador, or contributor.
Why I started Operation Red Dot
I'm 12, born in California to Indian parents. When I learned that 23 million girls in India drop out of school every year because they don't have a sanitary pad, I couldn't look away. $11.46 a year. That's all it takes to keep one girl in school.
From a personal pledge to 1,000 girls
The Eisha Paul Foundation starts with my own savings, then scales to a fully-documented pilot of 1,000 girls through Pinkishe Foundation's ground network in India by June 2026.
Join the movement - starting at $11.46
Sponsor 1, 5, or 10 girls. Live USD amounts based on today's exchange rate.
The road from now to global replication
From the first 10 girls in India to a model that can be replicated across the developing world - here's the full phased roadmap, from seed funding to sustainable scale.
